Criss and I had go through a long time with Sharpshooter, we observed Sharpshooter and come out a conclusion. Sharpshooter is active in both forum and cs2d, loyal to the clan, good in english and skill, mature and respect others. Due to these reason, I decided to promote Sharpshooter to Vice Leader
